Payments

We offer flexible pay to all customers. You simply pay 25% of your overall total upfront and the rest according to the selected and agreed upon payment schedule chosen. No credit checks, no hidden fees and no interest as long as payments are made on time. 

Your order will still ship as a fully paid order. We do not show favoritism to orders over here. 

Due to hair and cosmestic being an "high risk" product, depending on price point of purchase, your billing and shipping addresses being different, we will require further identification to authorize your purchase. 

Returns

We do not allow any hair nor products to be returned upon being shipped. Due to FDA rules and regulations, hair and cosmetics are considered hygiene products and cannot be returned, resold nor reused upon purchase. 

We do not allow exchanges or returns of any products. Due to FDA hygiene rules, we are not subjected to accept any cosmetics nor hair products back for return or exchange. We do not accept exchanges or returns under any circumstances 

If you place and order and decide you want to cancel, you must cancel within the 24-48 hour business window. Once that 24-48 hour window is closed, no order can be cancelled. 

If you are granted a refund, refunds can take up to 10 business days depending on your back. If you have issues receiving your refund, please send us an email: info@hibeyoute.com and we will assist you to the best of your ability. 

Shipping

Shipping ranges from 3-7 business days depending on order volume. The shipping process consists of acceptance of payment, processing, fulfillment and drop off to the United States Post Office

When your tracking number has been generated, you will receive an email and text message informing you of your tracking number, instructions on how to track your package and an estimated delivery date. 

Our ship out schedule is very strict and straight forward

Orders will ship out Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and sometimes Fridays.
All orders will be dropped off at the 24 hour post office location. So orders will and can be dropped off between 2PM EST - 9PM EST on the following days above 

Tracking numbers usually updates with 24-48 hours of being dropped off. Due to such high volume within the post office on the daily basis, tracking can update within 72 hours on rare occasions. 

Seeing "Acceptance" on your tracking information means that your order has been accepted into the post office transit system. It also means that your order has received the "scan of acceptance" which states that the USPS STORE has acknowledged and accepted your package and now is responsible for it. 

Yes, all hair packages are shipped "Priority" which includes hair insurance for lost, stolen or extremely damaged packages. 

Self-service options are available 24/7 by calling 1-800-ASK-USPS (1-800-275-8777). Customer Service representatives are also available to take your calls: Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 8:30 p.m. Eastern Time (Alaska and Hawaii are 8:00 a.m. - 9:30 p.m. ET)

Absolutely not! We only ship orders Tuesday-Thursday and every other Friday. We do not ship orders on weekends and holidays 

We no longer have a pick up location. All orders must be placed strictly online. No exceptions
